Scope matters. Base rates assume a standard campaign footprint. Rates adjust for large sign volumes (400+ signs), multi-phase placement rounds, or county-wide geographic spread on a race that would normally be concentrated. When you fill out the quote form, include your estimated sign count and geographic coverage — that's how we make sure your quote reflects your actual job.

How Payment Works

Step 1 — To Activate

50% Deposit

Due when you sign the service agreement. No pickup or installation begins until deposit is received. We schedule your job the same day.

Step 2 — At Installation

50% Balance

Due on installation completion — the day all agreed signs are installed and your first photo report is sent. Invoiced same day.

Election Day (if ordered)

Prepaid in Full

Election Day Polling Site Dressing must be paid in full 72 hours before election day. No payment by that deadline = no election day service. Non-negotiable.

Storage (if selected)

$300/Month

Billed monthly from drop-off date. Auto-renews until 30-day written cancellation. Elected at contract signing or no later than one week before election day.

Removal and emergency replacement reinstall are included in your base price — nothing to pay after election day. Rush install (+20%) is assessed on the base rate and due with your deposit. Returning client discount (−10%) applied to base at signing.

No — we work with your existing printer. We coordinate pickup directly from wherever your signs are printed. Need a printer referral? We can connect you with local vendors.

What happens if my signs get stolen or damaged?

Text us. You order replacement signs from your printer — we pick them up and reinstall within 24–48 hours including weekends and after-hours. This is included in every package at no extra charge.

How do I know my signs are actually being maintained?

After every monitoring check you receive an email with photos of each sign location, confirming signs are up and in good condition. Timestamped. Documented. No other vendor in San Antonio does this.

How do I file this on my TEC report?

Advertising Expense on Schedule F1, description: "Sign Installation." We provide this guidance in writing to your campaign treasurer with every invoice. We are an LLC — not a contractor employee.

When do I need to pay?

50% deposit to activate your job. Balance due on installation completion. Election day service must be paid in full 72 hours before election day — no exceptions.

Can I store signs for a runoff?

Yes — instead of post-election removal, we offer storage at $300/month. Signs are held securely until your runoff or next cycle, then reinstalled at your returning client rate.

Do you work outside Bexar County?

We specialize in Bexar County. Inquiries from Comal, Medina, and Atascosa counties are considered case by case — contact us to discuss.
